Returns & Modifications

Do you accept returns?

The Hani Bee team strives for top customer service and wants all customers to be satisfied with their purchase. As each piece is handmade to order, outside of repairs and issuing a claim for defect, we do not accept returns. If your piece has been damaged or is defective, please contact us for a repair authorization within 24 hours from receiving your order.

Please note that slight irregularities and variations in craftsmanship or natural characteristics are unique and individual to each item. These characteristics are what make your piece unique and should not be considered a defect.

Can I cancel my order?

If you cancel your order within 12 hours, you will receive a refund. However, after 12 hours you’re subject to a restocking fee.

Can I order a necklace in a different length?

We do offer custom lengths for an additional fee. Keep in mind that all necklaces differ in length and are designed with a 2 inch extender already attached – measurements are specified in each individual product description. Please contact us regarding customization.

Do you do custom pieces?

Yes! We'd love to discuss custom jewelry. Please contact us to schedule a consultation to discuss. We love doing bridal jewelry and would happy to discuss that as well.

Repairs

It’s rare, but accidents happen! Hani Bee is happy to accept repairs within 30 days of purchase. Fees may apply, so contact us with your name, order number, and photos/details prior to sending your item.

Any repairs outside the 30-day window will be reviewed case by case. Please contact us with a photo of the damage and we will determine if the item is eligible for a repair.
